What songs do Acoustika sing?
The band’s extensive repertoire is here – it spans from pop to rock, folk to disco and beyond that.
How loud are Acoustika?
The acoustic fronted trio line-up brings you all of the energy, showmanship and repertoire of a rock band with a light acoustic sound that everyone can enjoy – no ringing ears! This opens up a huge amount of possibilities – if you want a more relaxed daytime during your afternoon drinks or cocktail hour then they can provide that. They’ll adjust our volume levels to suit your event – and if you want to amp things up with an added guitarist or keyboardist then let they can quote for it!
Do I need to hire any equipment to book?
Acoustika supply all the equipment that’s needed for most events, including a high-quality PA system and stage lighting suitable for audiences of up to 300 people. Additional equipment can be hired for larger audiences. All of the electrical equipment is PAT tested. The band are covered by £10,000,000 Public Liability insurance (I think I do!)
Do I need to book a DJ after they’ve finished?
No! Acoustika bring everything that’s needed to keep the party going before and after their live sets finish – they can play all of your favourite tunes before and after their performance to save you the expense. You can also supply your own party music playlist if you prefer!
Can I see the band live before I make up my mind?
Yes! Acoustika play residencies in London which are free to attend – message the band on this email address and they’ll send you any forthcoming the dates. Be sure to say hi to the guys if you do come along.
Which musicians play in Acoustika?
Acoustika consists of fantastic musicians who take pride in capturing the spirit and energy of the original artists they are covering. We have a number of core members, all of whom know exactly how to get your party started. Get in touch here and for an introduction!
How much space do Acoustika need, and how much time do they take to set up?
The minimum performance area required is 4m x 4m with at least 5 x 240v plug sockets nearby. Power requirements may differ at larger events using hired production. They need 60-90 minutes to set up depending on ease of access to the performance area.
